Wyse Oil provide fluid management programmes to satisfy the requirements and parameters as set out by the HSE. This service normally includes dilution readings, pH checks and regular bacterial/fungus dipslide testing. We aim to provide dipslide results within 1 day after the 48 hour incubation period needed. All machine tool coolant charts are provided and applied to individual machines, together with lubrication ID labels. A master copy of the service visit is sent via email to the designated supervisor on site.
This service is available to users and non-users of the Wysecut branded products. Your technical sales engineer can advise on the frequency and nature of tests required.
