Working with one of our long-term partners, Wyse Oil are able to offer a laundering service for industrial and process oils. The process is one of dehydration, sterilisation and filtration followed by viscosity adjustment and additive replenishment. The resulting products provide an equivalent performance to the original new oil with substantial cost and environmental advantages. Customers are advised to collect used segregated oils in barrels or IBC containers ready for collection. Should larger volumes be available for recycling, then collection will be made by bulk tanker.
Where specialist solvents are used to degrease components, these type of products can be also be recovered using a Luwa wiped film evaporator or pilot-plant sized Short Path Distillation Unit.
